On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.

The Italian Apartment is a luxurious place where the smallest details have been taken care of so that our guests can feel comfortable during their stay.
