In the house there is a huge fenced garden of 200 square meters with 2 green vines and 1 apple tree. From the balcony of the house you can enjoy the unique view of Prophet Elijah and the green mountain. Just 10 meters from the house is the playground. Also 100 meters from the house is the tavern and the coffee shop of the village. The beach of Plaka is 9 km from the house. Fokianos beach is a 25-minute drive. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

It is a quiet, picturesque village with incredible views as the green of the mountain embraces this picturesque village. Country house

Relax in this tranquil, elegant and fairytale space with multi-level sunny courtyards!!! The Country House is located in the old alleys of Leonidio and consists of 2 levels. On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. From both levels there is access to the outside areas of the house! Enjoy unique moments!

The beautiful beach of St. George Bay is only 60 meters walk away. All houses have their own entrance and are embedded in a park with old olive trees. From everywhere you have a fantastic view of the sea.

This cool semi-basement apartment makes the existing air conditioning unnecessary. The ideal starting point to explore the beautiful attractions of Mystras, Monemvasia and Mani.
