The cottage includes an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi. An excellent starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings or for cycling. Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov.
