Loft in old textile factory

Our unique loft space is located in a separate part of the entire house that in the distant past served as a textile factory. During the renovation, the original building structure was preserved. We chose natural elements and ecological materials. This results in a spacious, warm loft house where it is cozy to stay, with floor heating in all rooms and parquet in the living area. The kitchen block, bathroom and sleeping area were nicely incorporated into the house.

The duplex apartment is centrally located between the courthouse and the Leie River, within walking distance of the historic city center. Perfect for exploring Kortrijk! Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a rain shower. Downstairs, you’ll find the living area with a sofa bed, the kitchen, and a separate toilet. From the living area, you can access the terrace through the large sliding door, with a partial view of the Leie.

You can get everything you need at the supermarket within walking distance. Enjoy the delicacies of the many restaurants in the area. There are also quite a few tourist attractions that are worth a visit. Kortrijk is a city known for its rich history and cultural heritage. Having someone as a guest in our accommodations means that we make sure that they have a great time. All comforts are provided, and breakfast package or hot plate can be arranged on request.
