It is only 4.7 km from under centuries-old pines to Koper. But if you choose a bike path towards Portorož and Piran, you have two climbs and tunnels of the old PARENZANA railway. Izola has the city beach Lighthouse, the cleanest sea is here. The beach has a natural shade of pine trees. We bathe in the sea until mid October.
