The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Private entrance brand new construction! 500 sq. Ft apartment guest house with fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, 1 queen bed in private bedroom and 1 couch hide a bed in living room. "Ask about the 18x30 party room below, has second bathroom TV, bar, and bunk beds" (extra 75 a night) Private neighborhood. 10 min to Silverwood, golf, lakes and close sweitzer or silver mt. ski resorts and minutes away to numerous lakes!! Grocery store and all amenities 5 min away.

Our custom home with a fabulous lake view has amazing sunsets and is only a 13 minute drive to the city center, parks, art, culture, and restaurants. Coeur d'Alene is considered a resort area with almost every activity available within a short distance. There is nothing like waking up to the beauty of the lake and the surrounding mountains! Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy looking out over the water at this amazing view. You might even see a deer or two.

Private, safe, clean, and quality. Custom built, modern & functional floor plan w quality sheets on a tempurpedic mattress on a queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed. Oversized tub/shower, quartz countertops, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, & Keurig coffee maker. Separated private entrance & patio w self check-in & parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only 1 shared wall is with my Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach & downtown.

Hart House: A private, cozy guest home in Hayden

We have the rare privilege of living on 3 acres in town! Our home is 4600sf and shaped like an "L." The bottom part of the "L" is our guest house and we are super excited to welcome guests to our new bnb. We are only 6 miles from beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene and only 3 miles to Hayden Lake. We are also very close Triple Play Water Park, Silverwood Theme Park, the Silverlake Mall, Target, lots of restaurants and, of course, Walmart.
