Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.

In the village there is a large supermarket AB Vassilopoulos, a café and a barbecue "O Xegantzaros". The house is 1 km from the largest shopping village, Livadi. Several of the island's most famous beaches are 7 to 15 km away.
