You can come to Tiny House with your own private vehicle or taxi. There is no public transportation. You should do your kitchen shopping before arriving.

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Beach-lovers could not wish for a better location than this charming villa, which opens directly onto the soft and gently shelving sands at the quieter end of Karfas (no road between the villa and the golden sandy beach). The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
