And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Our cozy home accommodates 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

The Cove Retreat Oceanfront Upstairs Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas including the firepit overlook the ocean.

Kevs Cottage

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

The Little House

Our Little House has open plan living and bed area with a private bathroom and kitchenette. A number of stairs lead up to a small patio where the unit is located. Plenty of space to park vehicle/trailer/boat. It is located on our mango farm and is above our mango packing area. All water used is rainwater. plenty of birdlife and gardens to enjoy. If not cloudy the night sky is amazing. Guests will be warmly welcomed and left to relax and enjoy the space. A tour of farm can be done too.

Agnes Water Views - Luxe stay, stunning views

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Soothed by the sights and sounds of the sea, the Quirky Black Shack invites you to a space with all the mod cons and bespoke finishes. This funky three bedroom home is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that the region has to offer; from the surrounding farm land forming part of this expansive food bowl, to the ocean that is the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

You’ll treasure your time at this quaint cosy freestanding cottage. Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. (However this means we cannot accept other pets, aside from service animals)

Self Contained Studio

Welcome to our Studio apartment it is peaceful and centrally located . The Studio is fully self contained with a private seating area. It is not attached to the main house, but still close enough to the house we live in. I can provide a travel cot for an infant if required. The studio set back from the road. The rear garden offers a shady area to relax. There is off road parking Only 15 minutes drive to a number of beautiful safe beaches and parks.

Welcome to Heads Hideaway

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is a quite little hideway with ocean views, and 400metres from Oaks Beach, where turtles have being coming up to nest or a walk along the 20km beach front path to Bargara. Easy parking and room for boats with a fully fenced property. Animal friendly property, with owners to be responsible for there pets.This is a shared property with other guests.
