Option to rent a leisure boat (May–Sept). Access via a private jetty about 3 minutes' walk away. You must be a boat expert. The building dates from 1952. 57 m2. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

The cabin is about a 1-hour drive from the airport and a 40-minute drive from Bergen. Only an 18-minute drive from Knarvik Amfi Shopping Centre and 8 minutes to the SPAR supermarket. The cabin is located by Seimsfjorden with a direct view of the sea from the living room window and good sunlight throughout the day.
