A warm-hearted cottage on the shores of Lake Kitkajärvi with all the comforts. The tap water is clean spring water. Wood-heated sauna. Private beach (80 m from the cottage) with an electric outboard motor equipped with a rowing boat. Hot tub, sheets and towels as agreed (extra charge). Snowshoes and children's sleds are allowed. Nearby: e.g. Ruka ski resort 19 km from the cottage (about 20 min drive), Riisitunturi National Park 18 km (about 15 min drive), also Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros nearby.

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. The modern and cozy log villa Villa Joutsensalmi is located in Salmilampi, just a few minutes' drive from the versatile services of Ruka's center. Well-equipped Villa Joutsensalmi creates a great setting for an active holiday in all seasons in the unique nature of Kuusamo. In summer and autumn, hiking and mountain bike trails can be accessed from the nearby terrain. In winter and spring, the well-maintained ski trails and snowmobile trails around Ruka can be accessed from the cottage yard.

Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.
