The building has two bedrooms, a spacious loft, a remote workstation, a sauna, a dressing and washing area, a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. There is a large hut on the shore of the lake and a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-fired stove. The property is perfect for those with a taste for luxury and a peaceful holiday. Ruka is about a 20-minute drive away, and the centre of Kuusamo is about 20 minutes away.

An atmospheric and very peaceful cottage in Kuusamo. The cottage is located on a narrow peninsula, on the shore of a sandy and clear-watered lake. The beach is also very suitable for children to swim. Good recreational opportunities in the area, skiing, snowshoeing, winter fishing and snowmobiling in winter (transfer route to the official snowmobile route). Good fishing opportunities, located in the Muojärvi-Kuusamojärvi water area, water connection to the center of Kuusamo and the eastern border.
