This newly built 2 bedroom home + study is located a 3 min drive to Kohimarama Beach, with lots of local walks and wonderful cafes in St Heliers. The home has a light and airy feel with everything you need for a restful and inspiring stay. With only a 12 minute drive to the city, supermarkets, cafes, bus stops and the Glen Innes train line are super close by.

Madills Cottage: parkside 2 brm sanctuary

Madills cottage is conveniently located and equipped for either a short or long stay. Ideal for solo guest, couple or a small family. The house is private and can accommodate two couples or up to four guests (if you don't mind living in close quarters and sharing a bathroom). If you are bringing a baby/toddler, we can arrange a separate crib/cot for you. The house sits next to Madills Farm; a tree lined reserve with a loop walking track and popular playground.
