It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. This is the downstairs unit in a 2 story duplex located across the street from the ocean and offers amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a mudroom and a peaceful atmosphere. There's a partial ocean view and the apartment is bright and spacious. Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.
