The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

Two bedrooms and bathroom in the main building and bedroom with bathroom in the pool house. Large terrace under roof and private pool. Fenced plot with gate. Quiet area with houses and apartments - mostly Swedish owners. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants and services. Saleng and scooter can be rented for a fee on site. Electricity and water apply.
