The villa is located in the Patong area, directly opposite Patong Beach. It is a 5-minute walk to 7-11 and restaurants. By motorbike or dudu, it is a 5-minute trip to Jungceylon Mall and an 8-minute trip to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has three floors and a total area of about 750 square metres. The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture. There are four bedrooms (all beds are king size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus an entertainment room (two arcade machines + one table football), a 12m x 3m swimming pool, an electric entrance gate, sea and garden views, a cascading fountain view, an electric canopy throughout the house, an 85-inch curved LCD TV in the living room, and an 85-inch LCD TV in the bedroom near the pool; the kitchen is fully equipped with an open-flame stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and a double-door refrigerator. It has everything you need. There is a private parking space in the garden of the villa. Two bedrooms have separate bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have separate balconies. There is also a 20-square-metre balcony with a sea view. The villa provides disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, razor, shower gel, shampoo, free snacks, small cakes, mineral water, coffee and tea on the day of check-in; cleaning is done every two days (not including changing the sheets), and bath towels and hand towels are changed during cleaning.
