Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). Cozy downstairs studio suite roughly 2 miles from downtown and the Tennessee River. Great for solo traveler or families. Private entrance with digital lock. Sleeps up to five guests. Amenities include: TV with Roku, (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN+) mobile device charging station, Iron, W&D and free WiFi. Kitchenette has no stove, but does have refrigerator, sink, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle and Airfryer. Please, do not bring a griddle or any cooking appliances. it will set off fire alarm.

This new master suite is large and has all the amenities that you will need. King-sized sleigh bed with new mattress. Comfortable loveseat dual recliner. Forty-three inch Smart TV articulates for viewing from recliner or bed. Refrigerator, Keurig machine with coffee, teas and hot chocolate. There is a Mr. Coffee, microwave oven, toaster, coffee cups. You just might find blueberry muffins or brownies in your suite. The 2nd bed is a rollaway w/ memory foam. It is smaller than a twin bed.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
