The house is just minutes drive from downtown Knoxville and is conveniently close to all the best restaurants and shops downtown Knoxville has to offer! The location of the house also makes it an ideal home-base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

This is a quiet off the beaten path house with a gorgeous farm setting. In The Urban Wilderness/mountain biking & hiking trails are accessible from the property (down the road a bit). Suttree's Landing has a great playground and river access for paddling enthusiasts and kid fun. Vol fans: 10 minute drive to campus. Also, several great breweries, retail shops, and restaurants are nearby. Pigeon Forge/Dollywood is a 30-45 minute drive and Gatlinburg is @ an hour.

Located 5 miles from downtown Knoxville on top of a ridge on a small subsistence family farm of 10 acres. There’s a bus stop within a 5 minute walk, and I have bicycles to borrow. We live on a quiet dead end road with little traffic. We would enjoy hosting your visit and showing you the farm.
