The house is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and meadow. Trees provide shade in the heat. If you are looking for variety, you can reach Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock in 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours via the A20. Travemünde or Boltenhagen can be reached via the Baltic Sea Cycle Route.

A panoramic terrace surrounds the house to the south-west, with a view of the Gutspark. Each of the five bedrooms has a seating area with TV, a private bathroom and a dressing room.
