You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. If you want to go to the North Sea, it is only a 15-minute walk away. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

With a short walk along a small path through the breathtaking dunes, you will reach the North Sea and the large white sandy beaches. After a dip, you can sit in the wilderness bath or sauna. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, which is located in the countryside - close to the North Sea with the possibility of sun, swimming and fishing, quiet days on the terrace, where you can hear the sea in the background. To the south at Hvide Sande, there is the opportunity to surf. To the east, Ringkøbing fjord with the possibility of kite surfing and, of course, many opportunities for hiking and cycling along the coast and inland. Søndervig, Hvide Sande and beautiful Ringkøbing offer shopping and cafes.

Cottage in the dunes by the sea

Beautifully located cottage in the dunes by Søndervig. The house is heated by solar energy and has underfloor heating throughout the house as well as a heat pump. One room has a double bed. The two single beds in the other room are elevated beds. The house has large wooden terraces around the house, facing both east, south and west. At the annex, there is an outdoor jacuzzi as well as an outdoor shower with hot water. The cottage has a fantastic view over the dunes to the west, which has its charm in all seasons.

The property is completely up to Søndervig Landevej - with fields on the other three sides. Close to the holiday and bathing town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy market town of Ringkøbing with cobblestone streets, pedestrian street, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and Lalandia water park in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km, while Ringkøbing Fjord and Bagges Dam are 1 km from the house. There is a bike path to both Ringkøbing and Søndervig.

Huset står ugeneret på vores store skov- og narturgrund, med udsigt, ikke langt fra Ringkøbing Fjord og Vesterhavet. Det lille boligareal er tænkt kreativt og føles luftigt og rummeligt. Huset er udstyret med et separationstoilet. Du bader udendørs i varmt vand. Der er terrasse bål i haven og varmt vand i udebruseren. Privat og fredeligt

Hyggeligt gæstehus i landlige omgivelser. Boligen ligger i forlængelse af vores egen landejendom. Der er egen indgang og privat gårdhave med havemøbler, grill og bålfad. Privat parkeringsplads samt plads til cykler. Boligen består af et fuldt udstyret køkken med opvaskemaskine. Badeværelse med brus. Stue med en sovesofa (140 cm) og Smart-TV (Chromecast - % tv-kanaler). Sovesofaen er med en rigtig madras + kvalitets topmadras. Derudover et soveværelse med en dobbeltseng (180 cm).
