The apartment's 68 sqm is spread over two floors, and with two terraces, you can always find shelter and shade. The home consists of two bedrooms - double bed and two single beds. Living room on the 1st floor with fantastic sea view - TV with Chromecast, PS3. Newly renovated bathroom. Kitchen with appliances. Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests must bring their own towels and bed linen.

The home is well decorated with dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen family room, and two good bedrooms with closet space. The grounds are located within walking distance to the city's cozy hosts, the Merchant, and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. NOTE! Please bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels, but these can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house was painted black on the outside after the pictures were taken)

The house is perfectly located within walking distance along the beach to several of the good surf spots/reefs, just as shopping and the dune plantations are close by. The house can be used both for vacation and for a work stay. There is plenty of space inside as well as outside, where surfboards, bicycles, golf equipment, etc. can easily be stored. The house works perfectly for one or more families or friends on a trip.

It’s close to the ocean, the town restaurants like Klitmøller Røgeri, Håndpluk, Le Garage, and Kesses Hus, and the surf hub. It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

Vær obs på at der er toilet og vandhane med koldt vand, men ikke bad og køkken. Der er trekvart-seng, og på hemsen er der en madras som børn kan sove på.
