At 950 m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Ideal for hikers, bikers, riders. Skiing possibilities 15 min to drive. The historical center of Tann is nearby with nice Cafes, 3 castles and a small Museum. No smoking and no dogs and cats allowed in the house. Little garden in construction for use. Barn to store bikes and motorbikes.

We have a total of 3 apartments Apartment No. 1: Has a bedroom (2 people) and a living and dining room (extra bed 2 people) As well as a bathroom The other 2 apartments are loft apartments that can accommodate 4 people each. Here there is a sofa with an extra bed for 2 people and a bed for 2 people. The dining and sleeping area is therefore together.

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

In the 2-story accommodation, the bathroom, a bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor. Upstairs are another bedroom and the living room. The quiet garden invites you to linger and relax. Two sun loungers are also available in summer. Feel free to use the organic herbs and vegetables from the in-house greenhouse. Frankenheim/Rhön is the ideal starting point for both city and nature excursions.

Cozy attic apartment in an idyllic location, combined living-bedroom with sofa bed for child(ren), fully equipped kitchen, private seating in the spacious garden. In the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, there is also a washing machine and dryer.
