Open plan living area just south of Bryne's downtown streets. 5-6 minutes to walk to the city center. Lots of light and sun when the weather conditions allow. Quiet neighborhood at the end of an access road. Patios/terraces on 3 sides of the apartment. Parking outside garage which is wall to wall with apartment. The apartment has high standard facilities and equipment and consists of two floors with a staircase in between. Gross approx. 60 + 60 m2. The apartment is snug and warm and has gas firing if needed. TV with Altibox. VillaVent ventilation.

Bright plinth apartment in nice area. The apartment has one bedroom and fully furnished kitchen. Private parking in carport and bench outside. Short distance to bus and train. The apartment has a large sofa, and a dining table for 4 people. Here it can stay 1 to 3 persons. It is narrow but good double bed of 120x200cm and a single mattress of 75x200cm (to have on floor). Internet, hot water, heat pump/air conditioning is provided The bedroom is combined gym with rib walls on the wall and ceiling.

Det er fem minutter å gå til matbutikk. Fine turmuligheter i området. 20min gåtur til togstasjon, som tar deg til Bryne, Sandnes og Stavanger.
