It is situated on the 2nd floor with everything one can need to have a comfortable staying: a double- bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a small kitchenette (fridge, electric stove, glassware, towels, electric kettle), and a bathroom (with washing machine). Parking is 30 c/hour and 1.50 E for 10 hours. It is free from 8 AM till 8 PM. Welcome!

Our spacious, newly renovated, cozy and clean 108 sq. m. apartment is in the central part of the city, in the old historical building that is surrounded by valuable historical houses in German architecture style. The apartment is located about 15-20 min walk from the old town, bus and train stations, 5 min from the entertainment park and bicycle tracks, 10 min from the shopping center. Melnrage beach is about 20 min walk through the forest or 5 min drive.

Just walk through the pines forest in 5 min and you are at the beach. The very center of Palanga is 20 min away on foot, playground for children is 5 min away on foot. The building is freshly built and all is brand new. Through your window you can see the pond. In the terrace/balcony you can enjoy your morning with a cup of coffee and quick wifi. Or you can listen to the sea :)
