The cottage has electric heating, a wood stove, and a fireplace. The sauna is heated with wood, which is also located in the same building. Access to the sauna is via the terrace. Water for the sauna is fetched from the river with buckets and heated in a wood-fired sauna stove. The property has a very clean outdoor toilet with no heating. Ice hole in the river open in winter.
