My apartment (69 sqm)is located in the heart of Chania at a safe area. It only takes about five minutes to reach the city center,the old town or the beach on foot and the apartment is on the second floor with lift. This charming apartment has two private balconies with a magnificent view, equipped with outside tables so you can enjoy your meals with a view.There are two beds and a sofa which is easily expandable to two a bed, so the apartment is perfect for couples or families with children.

For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. We would like to inform you that our apartment DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONERS and ener efficient appliances. There is car parking at 10 meter away. In 15 minutes walk you are in the lidl super market and there is a mini market at 300 meter away.Also the famous caffe koukouvaya is at 10 minutes on foot.q
