The 60m² sunny, modernly designed apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an imposing civic house with elevator on an extremely quiet street. Public transport is a one-minute walk away, and there are a grocery shop, a tobacconist, restaurants and cafés nearby. Ideal choice for relaxing and sightseeing! Free parking available on weekends!
