Our house, which consists of 2 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen, is a stone villa with a front porch and a back seating area. Detached parking is available. It has a 200m2 garden on three sides of the house. 300m. from the E-5 highway. There is a mini bond. The house is heated with a heat pump. Air conditioning is available. It is close to the factories. All kitchen and bathroom supplies are available.

Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before arriving in Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It is a virgin place at the foot of the logos forests. There is a field, fruit trees, and a fire area inside the land. There is a stream through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. Around it again there are sparse houses of 5 to 8 acres of land. It's a small charcoal made up of photographer, painter, designers.
