A large box spring bed (200 × 220 cm), a corner sofa with sleeping function (2 × 90 × 200 cm), massage chair and 75” TV with streaming services offer additional comfort.

Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. This apartment, Rubin, was built in 2015 and has a green roof for climate regulation. It is 77 sqm, barrier-free and very modernly furnished by an interior designer. The 2 twin rooms are excellent for 4 people. In addition, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. On your own terrace, you can relax perfectly. You have your own entrance.

We provide you with an apartment in a central location. The A2, A30 highways and Bad Oeynhausen Hbf train station are a few minutes away. The Weser bike path, the GOP Varieté Theater and the Bali thermal baths are very close. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and Wi-Fi. The small kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, fridge, kettle, toaster. Since a dog lives in the house, others are also welcome.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
