Using major routes, Bethlehem is about 15 miles, Allentown is about 20 miles, Philadelphia is about 70 miles, and NYC is about 75 miles. This cute little house is an excellent home base for all your adventures, or for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

Durham cottage is a charming 1200 sq. foot house located over a waterway in a beautiful, quiet and historic village. The sound of flowing water is lovely and relaxing. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.
