The Coach House
A lovely old coach house (with a reserved parking spot) providing a great base for a couple or single traveller to explore this fantastic part of South Devon. Situated in the coastal village of Kingston and just a mile from the coast and beaches. Kingston is a small rural village and has a lovely pub, The Dolphin Inn, just a few minutes walk from the Coach House. Wonwell Beach is just over a mile away, as is Westcombe Beach, while Bigbury-on-Sea and Bantham beaches are only a few minutes drive.

Lovely Village Cottage, Close to Great Pub & Beach
The Anchorage, an utterly charming cottage, recently refurbished, combines modern comfort with plenty of character. It comes with the benefit of gardens on two sides from which to make the most of the sun and surrounding rural idyll. It is located down a quiet no through lane at the end of which a public footpath takes you to the beautiful South West Coast Path. Whilst the garden is perfect for al fresco dining the Dolphin Inn is a short walk away and serves delicious home cooked food.

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
