Lovely flat in Teignmouth with an amazing sea view that is within minutes from the beach. It comfortably sleeps four. (Double bedroom, double sofa bed in main room, also trundle bed/travel cot available for children) In close proximity to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and the train station. A delightful escape, tastefully decorated to suit the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty , but with the odd quirky touch here and there. Just above the Embankment of the Kingsbridge estuary with simply stunning views over the tidal water way. Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.
