Outdoor pursuits such as canoeing/ cycling/ mountain biking/ river walks all available nearby or relax on the patio with a bbq , or if a winter break curl up inside with our cosy woodburner.

The Nest is a cosy, airy refurbished self-contained eco-studio apartment in a peaceful, rural setting. Own separate entrance and self check-in. Wood-burning stove and en-suite shower room. There is a unique craftsman-built sleeping platform with double bed, extra sofa bed on ground floor. Free parking. Lovely views of the gentle rolling Herefordshire countryside. The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

The lounge has a double height vaulted ceiling with double doors leading out onto a private patio which catches the evening sun. Perfect for watching the runner ducks foraging in the garden.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. Explore The Wye Valley From This Beautiful Barn

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.
