Our former farmhouse, which is over 170 years old, farmhouse is centrally located in Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will stay in a studio apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Daily necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, post office, etc.) are within walking distance around our house. Fresh eggs are available from the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place every Saturday diagonally opposite in the old dairy.

Cozy one-room apartment

The apartment is very quiet close to the forest in a residential area of Kaiserslautern with free parking. It takes about 8 minutes by car to get to the center or train station and 5 minutes to get to the university. About 100 m from the apartment you will find the bus stop where buses run in different directions every 16 minutes on weekdays. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for one person, but can be occupied by two.

You have an entire apartment with terrace for yourself. In front of the apartment you can park two cars and have access by keypad around the clock. The newly finished apartment has underfloor heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. Layout: bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area with a new fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower. 5 minutes by car to Landstuhl 15 minutes to Kaiserslautern 10 minutes to Ramstein / RAB Airbase.

I myself use the apartment when I visit my family in Kaiserslautern and otherwise live in Hamburg. It has 1.5 rooms and is set up in a way that you can work efficiently in the home office and also relax. Located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest, this apartment offers the ideal starting point for hikes in nature or to the famous Nanstein Castle. The nearest highway connection is about 2 km away. A private entrance leads to this apartment with underfloor heating. It was completely renovated at the end of 2021.

My place is close to the city but within walking distance, but very quiet and in the Nanstein Castle area. You'll love my place because of the the coziness and the the location to the forest and the nature. My place is good for couples, traveling adventurers alone, business travelers, cyclists and families (with children).
