Ideal for two people / possibly plus 1 adult or 2 children (sofa bed). Garden with various seating and barbecue may be used. An oasis in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the main train station, 5 minutes to the A66, 20 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to Frankfurt, but who wants to leave - because the Rheingau is on the doorstep

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Inside you will find a bedroom (1 single and 1 double bed) as well as a desk for remote working. The living room/kitchen has an additional sofa bed fo two people. We always loved to travel and enjoy hosting people from around the world.

Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

In the middle of nature on the edge of the forest, directly on the Rheinsteig, in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards with a large garden. Especially for: relaxing vacations, activity vacations (hiking and cycling), loud parties, as there are no neighbors, time out in the countryside, company events, family vacations, romantic vacations, New Year's Eve with family and/or friends.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Das Cottage (ca. 70qm) ist ein umgebauter Stall und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist umgeben von Weinbergen, Weingütern, Restaurants und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein. Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)
