Any evidence of the aforementioned items will result in a held security deposit; -Please remove shoes/boots at the door; -Please treat the condo with respect so that future guests may enjoy their stay.

Our condo has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a total of 3 beds (murphy bed + sofa sleeper). It's close to the gondola, restaurants, bars, hiking, biking, skiing, river, lakes and more. You’ll love our place because of the high ceilings and accessibility to building amenities, especially the ability to walk from your patio to the pool and hot tub (no elevator trips to grab another drink!) Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. And NO CONSTRUCTION NOISE!!!

Four other ski areas within 20 minutes Free shuttle is one min outside our door then a quick 4 min ride to the slopes. Attached heated garage. Free parking: 3 parking spots! Hot tub; year-round heated pool. Two balconies, fireplace. In-unit washer/dryer. New workspace/desk in master bedroom We self-manage so we are very responsive. We care!
