My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

Spacious, 900 sq. foot 1 bedroom apartment. This location offers the best of both worlds. Walking distance to many in-town activities. Located at the base of a mountain, surrounded by nature. The apartment is a first floor unit of a family home, with a private entrance. It does not have stairs, inside or outside. There is a small step into the bathtub. Off street parking. City Park- 1/2 mile Creek Street- 1 mile Recreation Center/Bus Stop- 0.2 miles Bar Harbor Boat Launch- 2 miles

Beachwood Hideaway

Relax & enjoy your stay in this 3 bedroom, 1 bath upper level space in our duplex. The large upper deck area provides gorgeous water views of the Tongass Narrows and is located 11 miles north of town. *Please note as of 6/11/25: We love pets, have many of our own and have welcomed our guests' pets into our shared space for over 8 years. Unfortunately, we have sustained extreme damages from guests' pets throughout the last year. Due to this we are no longer able to allow pets in this space.

Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. And if it happens to be a rainy day, you have a covered porch to enjoy the ocean air!

The Cozy Kraken

Ketchikan is such a unique and beautiful town we wanted our home to match! The Cozy Kraken was built in 2024 on the mountain side overlooking the Inside Passage with unmatched sunsets that make you feel like you’re on top of the world! Located just south of the Mountain Point boat launch, this full stocked apartment offers spectacular views of the ocean. Beach access is just down the road at Rotary Beach. Spend your day watching the whales, eagles, and fishing boats from the comfort of the couch or catch the city bus right in front of the house and be in town a few minutes.

Our apartment is a basement 2 bedroom, down 12 stairs. We live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, off street parking, Smart TV, and laundry facilities.There are two bedrooms, a single cot in the laundry space and a fold out chair bed.
