It lights up so on a summer night you can enjoy a with a glass of wine and have your breakfast in the sun in the morning. You enter through French doors into your gorgeous Silver Room of reflections and understated sumptuous elegance . It’s contemporary but cosy and just everything is there inside to make your stay special.

Relax at our large 1850 Victorian house in the centre of Brighton. A comfortable large double room with small attractive private bathroom a few steps away. Breakfast served in the room on request. In the heart of Brighton but in a residential street, a few mins from shops, restaurants. The sea is 12 mins walk.

This is a welcoming home in a quiet cul-de-sac off the vibrant Cliffe High street, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful South Downs. A second, larger, double room is available "Large Sunny Room with Cliffe View". These rooms share a bathroom. There is a seperate loo. You’ll be staying a pebbles throw from from the beach and a hop skip & jump from the foot of Seaford Head which will lead you to the natural beauty of cuckmere haven, Seven Sisters & beyond. We are a 10 minute walk from Seaford town & railway station. Our beautiful Annex has everything you need to relax and get a good nights sleep ahead of your costal adventure. There is a King Size bed and a double futon , plus en-suite with Shower , fridge & tea/coffee. Breakfast can be arranged.
