We offer accommodation in connection with our cottage on the beautiful shore of Kemijärvi. The price of the accommodation includes the use of a sleeping cabin, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. Beds for two in a log cabin. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The host will take care of the drinking water in the kitchen. Wood-burning stove. Washing in the sauna, use shifts will be agreed with the host. The host uses the other buildings of the place.

Log cabin on the shore of Lake Kemijärvi

Welcome to Piilopirtti, an atmospheric log cabin in the Arctic Circle, on the shores of Kemijärvi, just 7 km from Suomutunturi. The cottage is located on a large lot and offers sweeping views of the lake and dangerous landscapes. From the village you can take the castle to a stunning sandy beach. The starting point of the ski trails is 2 km away, but from the yard you can go directly to the lake ice for skiing. For the fisherman, Kemijärvi offers abundant catches. Jam, blueberries, and lingonberries right on the corner of the cabin await the pickers.

Willa Merilä

The entire cottage and yard are available to guests. There is space for a car in the yard, I recommend renting a car, the driving time is only an hour from the center of Rovaniemi. The cottage is located in a beautiful place by the river. Forest and nature are within walking distance and there is a public campfire place nearby where you can go and fry sausages and enjoy the campfire. In winter, you can look at the stars in the sky and search for the northern lights from the large windows of the cottage. The cottage has a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide.

Experience the peace of Lapland's nature and the midnight sun in a unique glass-walled experience hut on the shore of a wilderness lake. Accommodation for 3, up to 5 beds for those sleeping in their own sleeping bags. Enjoy the ease of life at this peaceful, centrally-located place. For Pyhätunturi, Finland's oldest national park and ski resort is 19 minutes away( SACRED). A child is really suitable for a family. The cleanest air in the world is breathable, and at the same time, you can sit in the yard on top of the reindeer's legs and watch the peculiar aurora borealis that may be visible in the sky. From Kemijärvi 30 km southeast. A high-quality ensemble of several buildings in a stunning location on its own peninsula (1 ha), surrounded by lake views. Built in 1916, renovated in 1988. A shallow beach suitable for children. Great fishing opportunities in Kemijärvi. Nelitahtiperä motor (4 hp) for rent, Suomu ski network 2 km, ski slopes and other services 6 km. The nearest airports Kuusamo about 10 km and Rovaniemi about 115 km away. Beach sauna in use from June 1st to September 30th.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Hunting on state lands (with a permit). Netflix available. Tap water is good and drinkable.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
