The house has been renovated with lattice windows and some of the old timber has been preserved and is visible. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and toilet and on the 1st floor, there is a kitchen and living room. There is a super good sofa bed with luxury mattresses and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and ceramic stove. Annex of 50 m2 located in the forest edge on a closed road leading to the beach (not a swimming beach). Nature comes right into the apartment, and the peace is interrupted only by birdsong and the wind in the trees. The annex contains a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, dining area, armchairs and sofa. And on the large loft, there is an extra mattress where you can sleep. Private terrace with forest view. Free parking and very fast WiFi.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Small annex with small kitchen, located about 800 meters from a great beach/fishing and ferry departure to Barsø. Several beautiful beaches in the area, holiday center with pool and e.g. mini golf just around the corner. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

Charming little apartment.

Guaranteed coziness in this small but unique and quiet home. Located in a quiet village. Very close to nature, beach and forest. Good fishing, cycling and hiking opportunities in the nearby area. Within driving distance between two major cities, but still with rural charm. The house, of which the home is a separate part, has previously been the village's kindergarten. Now privately owned and with beautiful and special gardens.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
