Our small 49-square-meter apartment is located 150 meters from the beach. It was completely renovated in June 2025. It has 4 sleeping places in 2 bedrooms, 2 each in the 1st bedroom (1st bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m, 2nd bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m) and 2 in the 2nd bedroom. (Bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m). It has a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, car parking space on the garage driveway. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is equipped with high-quality designer sliding doors made of wood in a stable door look.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the Marstall and has a large garden with a gazebo, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building was recently lovingly restored.
