It has 4 sleeping places in 2 bedrooms, 2 each in the 1st bedroom (1st bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m, 2nd bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m) and 2 in the 2nd bedroom. (Bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m). It has a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, car parking space on the garage driveway. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is equipped with high-quality designer sliding doors made of wood in a stable door look.

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the Marstall and has a large garden with a gazebo, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building was recently lovingly restored.
