Cape Villa and Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

CYCLADES VIEW

Vacation home with endless views of the Aegean Sea. It is located 430 meters above the sea and 4 kilometers away from the beach of Orkos and Ioulida (village). The landscape with the oaks offers visitors peace, which is completed with the wonderful sunrise emerging through the sea, illuminating the Cycladic islands that are distinguished. It is located in a quiet location, about 4.5 km from the sea, offering privacy and comfort, while remaining close to key points of interest: 28 km from Athens Airport, 16 km from Sounio and 45 km from the center of Athens. It has a heated Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation as well as a fireplace for the cold winter nights.

Its walls are built with stone, giving a sense of authenticity and timelessness. Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
