Countryside Stone Cottage in Kea

Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. KiVA-Villa offers a spacious apartment (130 sq.m.) on the ground floor of KiVA windmill house that can accommodate up to 4 guests over 14yo (with the option of a 5th one) with magnificent sea-views.The house is situated atop a hill right above KAMPI beach. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

Vourkari Studio 2 with kitchen

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed.Aiconditioning,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, 2 km from Korisia port and close to all restaurants and bars. There is also a mini-market in the village. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 5 minute walk away.

Villa St Nikolaos View (Apartment sleeps 7-9)

A large self contained private apartment (250 sqm +) with 2 entrances a long balcony with seating/eating area and restricted views of the bay. The location is very convenient for both swimming at Gialiskari beach (5 mins walk to the left) and the village of Vourkari (5 mins walk to the right). SunSeaSand Apartment

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because of the amazing sea-views, the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and families.

Modern apartment with a sea view & swimming pool

House 1 is on the first floor of a maisonette with an independent entrance and completely private. The large 65sq meters swimming pool is only 30 meters from the house. The apartment is ideal for a small family or 4 friends, who want to be near the sea and have a swimming pool. The apartment is minimal in design with white and light grey colors.There is air-conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. On the balcony there is a gas barbecue.

The studio is located in Koundouros, at the Western side of Kea island. It is less than 50 meters away from a beautiful beach. It has a private parking and can accommodate up to 3 persons (not suitable for children and infants). It is ideal for relaxing vacations by the sea and gives you the opportunity to enjoy numerous sunsets from your terrace. The breathtaking view towards the Aegean Sea is something synonymous with this house.

Two story home in Korissia town, Nickys house

The maisonette of 27 sq.m. is located in one of the traditional courtyards of the settlement just 3 minutes walk from the port of Kea where there are many restaurants and cafes. Just 2km away is the cosmopolitan Vourkari where you can enjoy a meal or drink by the sea. The center of the island the traditional Ioulida is 8 km away and is ideal to admire the sunset. It's perfect for a couple or a company of friends.
