Completely renovated in 2023 with underfloor heating, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, but also with a focus on preserving the soul of the house. Surrounded by beautiful nature, apple orchards and various tourist destinations, while at the same time close to Jönköping, it makes the farmhouse a rural idyll with many possibilities!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. With the forest right next door but still close to most things, this apartment is located on the second floor on a hill overlooking the balcony in a straight south-facing position. Enjoy a modern, bright Scandinavian apartment with consistently high quality. Close to swimming, hiking, biking and fantastic Äppeldalen in Kaxholmen about 10 minutes. It is 5 minutes from the E4 north and south. 10 minutes to Gränna where you can easily take the ferry over to Visingsö, 20 minutes to Jönköping.

Log cabin in rural idyll near Jönköping

Log cabin from the 1600s or early 1700s, renovated in 2017. Beautiful surroundings, a hiking trail, many small trails and streams, mountain bike trails and views nearby. Approximately 10 minutes' drive to Elmia and 15 minutes to Jönköping city. Simple and quiet accommodation in the heart of nature, with wood stove and patio to the west. On the property, there are also sheep, chickens, a dog and a cat. In summer, there are also cows and horses within walking distance. Sheets and towels are on site. Breakfast is not included.

Villa in Huskvarna area

A single-story villa in a quiet area. The house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the larger bathroom, there is access to sauna and hot tub. Large social area with kitchen island, dining table and sofa group. There are two larger beds, a 180 and a 160 bed, as well as 4 single beds. There is the possibility to sleep on a mattress for larger groups. Large patio at the back with barbecue and social areas. Driveway to the house with space for 3 cars to stand. Bus stop is 1 minute from the house.

Boendet är placerat i Huskvarnas utkant så därav finns närheten till Elmia, Asecs och allt annat som Jönköping har att erbjuda. Boendet är utrustat med det mesta för att göra din vistelse trivsam. Laga en god maträtt i det enklare utrustade köket och gå sedan ut och sätt dig på altanen för att njuta av solnedgången. Välkomna till Bockamålen!

Welcome to Kaxholmen. Enjoy the view of the lake, look around our beautiful village with apple orchards and beautiful views. Go up to Vistakulle and check out the views of Lake Vättern and Landsjön. Shop locally at Rudenstam in Gisebo or have a coffee & shop at Grafitgrå at the swimming area in Kaxholmen. Take a trip to Jönköping, Huskvarna or Gränna/Visingsö, etc. In Kaxholmen, we also have a grocery store, Ica, and a Pizzeria about 1 km from our house. Note: The house is smoke & pet-free!

Från Gränna åker du 10 min norrut längs turistvägen med milsvid utsikt över Vättern, där finner du Sjöhagen och natur som närmast påminner om en regnskog utan att vara långt ifrån civilisationen. Några meter ner från glampingtältet finns Vättern som illumineras av solen på sitt speciella sätt. Redan på 1800-talet uppmärksammade författaren Mark Twain solnedgångarna över Vättern i sin roman A Tramp Abroad.
