Charming historic townhouse from the 1800s. Fantastically located on the water side at Lynæs harbor in Hundested. Centrally located in the middle of the city street and yet scenic with only 200 meters to the authentic port of Lynæs. The beach can be seen from the house and is only a short walk down the road. Lynæs harbor has a great bathing place for year-round bathing, rental of surf equipment and private sauna as well as lovely restaurants and ice cream sales The house is lovingly renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

Picturesque house next to the beach

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and breathtaking views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach cafe as winter time for lovely walks. Multiple seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good communications about 150 meters from the house, train to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The South Coast Road is just above the house.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with plenty of room for lovely barbecue evenings. On the balcony find a Weber gas grill. On the front patio there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway with room for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica shop, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for self check-in if desired!
