It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000 watts, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility that with a strong wind it will bring out some garbage. Also the last three hundred meters of road need a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain

This special place is close to everything, right in the center of Chalkida, overlooking the beach of Chalkida and the old bridge. Enjoy its unique view, watching the "crazy waters" sweep away the boats and sailboats! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 double beds as well as a large sofa bed. Each room has air conditioning and in the living room there is a large one to cover the whole space. There's also an Xbox in our living room

Relax in this peaceful place, surrounded by an olive grove and garden. On the hill above the village of Rovies, 10 minutes by car from the village and the beach (dirt road in good condition). Dina and Takis will give you fruits and vegetables, while you can have your own barbecue in the yard of the complex. The apartment is newly built 30 sq.m., with comfortable spaces and a terrace. We do not accept pets (there are 3 dogs and 5 cats in the area).
