Theta Guesthouse

Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage. It has Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime account. The wooden balcony offers a nice view of the village and the courtyard on the green mountainside. Parking near the house.

Mountain house

A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioners with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, giving another oasis of calm! The accommodation is subject to a state tax (resilience fee) which is 15 euros per night from April to October, as it is over 80 sqm. During the winter months, it is 4 euros. Rodanthe's Guest House

Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse. Built of stone and wood in 1867 with the traditional structure of the mountainous Greek villages, it offers a unique view of the mountain and the stream as it is located at the end of the path. There is a parking space right below the house. The river Lousios is close enough for an adventurous tour!

At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.
