Newly renovated, modern and simple: The villa was built and renovated in 2024. It has three bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests, or 7 guests with an extra bed. Each bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor balcony and a bathroom with separate wet and dry areas to ensure the privacy and comfort of every guest. 3. Villa layout: Ground floor: Spacious outdoor lounge area and garage. Surrounded by tropical plants, the air is fresh and perfect for relaxing. Second floor: cosy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a glass house living room. You can walk directly into the pool from the living room. The living room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass, offering views of a part of the magnificent Patong Bay and the tropical rainforest. Third floor: Two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds and pure cotton bedding to ensure guests have a deep sleep. 4. Private swimming pool: The villa has a private swimming pool and sun loungers. 5.
