We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

The apartment is located on the southwest side of a large farmhouse from 1883, surrounded by a well-kept garden. It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The apartment is in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 motorway. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 min. by foot, please read the "guide to arrival" in the listing carefully), then 17 minutes by "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. Private, lockable parking is available. Please book longer stays with ask first.
