Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Enjoy the colors of autumn and take the opportunity to book a peaceful, scenic and quiet accommodation right on the lake. The cottage overlooks nature, the lake and bird life all around. Follow the path along the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe can be rented on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. The cottage is adjacent to nature reserves as well as hiking and cycling trails. Fishing licenses are required for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 minutes to Simlångsdalen, 20 minutes to Halmstad

En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. There are endless possibilities for wonderful forest walks, fishing trips, bike rides, swimming or why not read a book in front of the fire and enjoy the quiet. The cottage is located only 2.5-3 hours from Copenhagen via the Öresund Bridge and an hour from the terminal in Halmstad for the ferry from Grenå.
